CONVOCATION REQUIREMENTS
A student will be deemed to have completed a course when he/she has successfully met all the academic requirements.
Upon the successful completion of the course, the student will then be awarded the relevant award.
The School Convocation Exhibition is part of the School’s curriculum and is mandatory for all graduating students. Students who fail to participate in the exhibition shall be deemed not to have completed their course of study.
The School Convocation Ceremony is a compulsory event for all graduating students. The school has the right to withhold the issuance of documents (testamurs and academic transcripts) to students who fail to attend the ceremony unless a valid reason is provided. If a student is unable to attend the event, he/she may appoint a representative to collect the documents on his / her behalf. An authorization letter and a photocopy of the student’s NRIC / Passport are required for the representative to collect the documents.
